Hello, hi! I’m Corinne - it’s so great to meet you here.

I’m an Executive Coach, facilitator, talent strategist, marketer, and lifetime dreamer-doer. 

As far as I can remember, I’ve led with heart and a focus on the human side of business. Early in my career, this manifested as success in the performing arts, consumer and product marketing. Getting deeply curious about the human experience of the people I served became a passion and my superpower. 

A focus on people also crafted my player-coach leadership style. I discovered that I value curiosity, creativity, generosity, candor, and humor. With these tools I built high performing teams, grew careers and began my coaching journey with a focus on supporting leaders in how to grow and succeed as individuals AND as part of a team. 

This led me to found The Kore, a coaching consultancy that helps emerging leaders to “grow your own way” by identifying, building, and acting on your unique values and superpowers.  

My coaching harnesses deep listening, candor, humor, and a gentle kick in the pants to reignite your motivation and confidence in order to take you from Aha! to Action.
